Greg "Tape Measure" Shrader and Jack "Rambo" Pratt get pass from Ethics Commission

The Texas Ethics Commission dismissed the complaint signed by Bill Morgan and filed by me against Shrader and Pratt in the run up to the mayoral election. Even though Shrader's name was on the mass email blast, he swore to the commission that he had nothing to do with it. Rambo Pratt, Kerrville's former (thankfully) mayor swore that he was solely responsible for sending the communication in question.
I appreciate the free publicity that Pratt gave me in his statements to the Daily Times, where he said the TEC's "dismissal of Bonnie White's campaign associates, Mr. Morgan and Mr. Ellison's complaint against me, acknowledges that there was no wrongdoing by either myself or Mr. Shrader. It is sad that Kerrville politics has stooped to the level of personal attacks for personal gain...." This from a politician who falsely claimed in his mayoral compaigns to have served multiple tours in Vietnam as a Green Beret.
