"Prins exercised his right not to incriminate himself more than 25 times during a creditors meeting on Tuesday. He had skipped a previously scheduled creditors meeting and two bankruptcy court hearings since he and his wife filed for Chapter 7 liquidation in September.
"Prins has been sued in the bankruptcy case by two former clients who allege he fabricated court documents and forged judges’ signatures to conceal from them the actual status of a lawsuit he filed in 2009."
