CRAZED GAY LAWYER/HILLARY VOTER LASHES OUT AT IVANKA ON JETBLUE...

From Dail Mail
REVEALED: The Brooklyn lawyer who chased down Ivanka on a JetBlue flight and his Hillary supporter husband who BOASTED about the verbal attack before they were thrown off
A passenger on a JetBlue flight accosted Ivanka Trump on Thursday morning
'Your father is ruining the country,' said Dan Goldstein, a lawyer from Brooklyn, who had a child in his arms
He then began demanding to know why Ivanka was on the flight and not travelling on a private plane while she sat with her kids
Ivanka ignored him and tried to preoccupy her children with crayons while the man berated her
A fellow passenger said later that Ivanka told security and flight staff she did not want to make the incident a thing and have anyone removed from the flight
The man's husband, Matthew Lasner, later tweeted: 'My husband expressed his displeasure in a calm tone, JetBlue staff overheard, and they kicked us off'
However one hour before that he wrote on Twitter: 'Ivanka and Jared at JFK T5, flying commercial. My husband chasing them down to harass them'
Lasner and Goldstein were accommodated on the next available flight according to JetBlue, and Lasner deleted his Twitter account soon after
Ivanka and her family are heading away for the holiday, meaning they will be spending 12 straight hours on the plane

Kerrville City Council wants to flood County's Hill Country Youth and Exhibition Center, Little League fields and VA Cemetery

The city council voted to spend $23.5 million dollars to build a 105 million gallon reservoir to hold so called gray water to irrigate the sports complex we don't need and the Comanche Trace and River golf courses. Mayor Bonnie White has consistently voted against this boondoggle.

Now she has some help from the Kerr County Commissioners, who have raised a red flag because the city's own records show that the project is in a flood plain and would probably flood county property including the Hill Country Youth and Exhibit Center and Little League Fields.

The San Antonio Express has a good article by Zeke MacCormack titled Kerr County asks Kerrville to delay pond construction. You can access it thorough Zeke's twitter feed. He reports, "Kerr County Commissioners want the city of Kerrville to postpone building its planned 105-million-gallon reservoir until the county can review its potential flooding impact on several nearby county facilities along Third Creek."

"The discovery of what county officials described as faulty and inconsistent data in city engineering studies of the Third Creek floodplain - and a lack of responsiveness at City Hall to their questions - have fueled their concerns, they said."

"Commissioner Bob Reeves recalled how former City Manager Todd Parton had assured commissioners the reservoir would not impact the county parcels."

Parton's statement is demonstrably false. The city's contract with MGC Contractors specifically says that the county land will be flooded.

The VA Hospital also has a cemetery nearby, which will also probably be flooded. This whole project is a boondoggle. The city council members are as irresponsible as any Chicago ward boss. It's time to do what we just did to the Democrats.

Greg "Tape Measure" Shrader and Jack "Rambo" Pratt get pass from Ethics Commission

The Texas Ethics Commission dismissed the complaint signed by Bill Morgan and filed by me against Shrader and Pratt in the run up to the mayoral election. Even though Shrader's name was on the mass email blast, he swore to the commission that he had nothing to do with it. Rambo Pratt, Kerrville's former (thankfully) mayor swore that he was solely responsible for sending the communication in question.
I appreciate the free publicity that Pratt gave me in his statements to the Daily Times, where he said the TEC's "dismissal of Bonnie White's campaign associates, Mr. Morgan and Mr. Ellison's complaint against me, acknowledges that there was no wrongdoing by either myself or Mr. Shrader. It is sad that Kerrville politics has stooped to the level of personal attacks for personal gain...." This from a politician who falsely claimed in his mayoral compaigns to have served multiple tours in Vietnam as a Green Beret.

More Criminal Lawyers; and a Good Judge

Two Lawyers Charged With Porn-Fueled Copyright Extortion Scheme
http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/two-lawyers-charged-porn-fueled-copyright-extortion-scheme-n697046
Two lawyers were charged Friday with a "massive extortion scheme" in which they uploaded X-rated films to file-sharing sites, sued the people who downloaded them — and collected millions from victims who feared public humiliation, prosecutors said.
Paul Hansmeier and John Steele actually produced some of the pornography, solely for the purpose of copyrighting it so they could file "sham lawsuits" used to shake down their targets, Minnesota U.S. Attorney Andrew Luger said.

Making Crime Pay and Pay and Pay…
In Texas, paying for cops, courts and prosecutors with fees from defendants has become more and more popular. But what happens when the drive to do justice on the cheap collides with a rogue prosecutor?

San Antonio lawyer takes 5th more than 25 times
from San Antonio Express:
"Embattled San Antonio attorney Todd Prins finally appeared at a bankruptcy proceeding today, but he didn’t say a whole lot.
"Prins exercised his right not to incriminate himself more than 25 times during a creditors meeting on Tuesday. He had skipped a previously scheduled creditors meeting and two bankruptcy court hearings since he and his wife filed for Chapter 7 liquidation in September.
"Prins has been sued in the bankruptcy case by two former clients who allege he fabricated court documents and forged judges’ signatures to conceal from them the actual status of a lawsuit he filed in 2009."
