Did they file a motion to throw out the evidence based upon an illegal search in pretrial? If so, how did this slip past the judge? It seems this should have been a relatively clear ruling in this case. What was the theory set forth by the prosecution regarding the legality of the search?
ReplyDeleteYes, indeed, great work O'feel. Don't you just love it when meth addicts, drug dealers and criminals go free? I know all defense lawyers do. Your chickens are coming home to roost, so you best feather your nests.
ReplyDeleteWhen Obama comes for your guns you may be glad the courts will still enforce the 4th Amendment.
ReplyDeleteMore irrational, right-wing radical imaginations from the card carrying members of the tea baggers. Get a clue - intelligent voters want rational discourse. This very thinking and the tea bagger oarty is what cost Romney the election. I have heard this drivel for more than 30 years. Clueless......
DeleteThe tough talking right wingers will not use their guns. When the going gets tough, they will bow down and fold like cheap accordions, for fear a losing capital. So will the socialists. The only people who are truly committed are those which occupy a space far to the left of socialism.
ReplyDeleteObama has and is fully supporting a deregulated Wall Street and a do-anything Federal Reserve. The far left sees him as just another Larry Summers.
Little of the freshly printed money goes to social programs. Much of it goes to pay off derivative bets to unknown sources. This is the source of our financial woes, and this is the feed stock of future discontent. All of the River Hills set is losing their retirement savings to inflation, due to paying off the biggest welfare recipients, Wall Street. The money is printed by Capitalists, not socialists or communists. QE infinity?
Now the fixed income group is moving into poverty. Watch them change stripes, but will they be welcome on the far left?
Think guns are going to help?
