A Long Island judge who copped to stealing dirty undies from the home of a female neighbor has resigned from the bench and has been stripped of his law license.
Suffolk County NY judge Robert Cicale got caught by neighbors coming out of the woman's house with his pockets stuffed with her dirty panties. The perv lost his position, lost his bar license, and has to register as a sex offender. The victim was a much younger woman who had interned with the creep.
